Pacific Centre Guest Services is available during Centre hours to service customers. Guest Services staff are able to assist with store directions, parking information, tourist and community information, shopping centre gift cards, and lost and found. The Guest Services kiosk is located towards Sears underneath the escalators on level 2, adjacent to Ronsons Shoe store and Town Shoes and may be reached via telephone at 604-688-7235 or email us at pccguestservices@cadillacfairview.com

Car, Taxi, and Transit Access
Major arterial roads are adjacent to Pacific Centre and access to the centre’s two underground parkades is available on Howe Street through points on Robson Street, Dunsmuir Street, and Pender Street. The parkades offer 24-hour service and monthly, daily, and hourly parking is available at competitive rates.
There is also excellent access to Pacific Centre via public transit. Major bus routes are located on Granville, Georgia, and Robson Streets with several stops adjacent to the centre. The centre is also served by SkyTrain, a public light rail rapid transit system, which connects Vancouver to Burnaby, New Westminster, and Surrey. The Granville SkyTrain Station is located on Granville Street between Georgia and Dunsmuir Streets and is accessible from Pacific Centre, through The Bay.
Security
Security for Pacific Centre is provided by Concord Security. Their staff is on site 24 hours a day with a central desk designated for alarm systems, security camera monitoring and first aid response. The desk is located up the stairwell beside the new Aritzia store near the Georgia and Howe entrance.
Safewalks
If you don't want to walk alone to your vehicle after the centre is closed, Safewalks are always available and our security staff would be pleased to help you. Call them at:

Wheelchair Loans
We are happy to provide wheelchair loans upon availability. Please inquire at the Guest Services for wheelchair loans. Customers may call Guest Services at 604-688-7235 up to 30 minutes in advance to reserve a wheelchair. A wheelchair will be held for a grace period of 15 minutes beyond the reservation time. Once the customer has arrived at Pacific Centre, they can call Guest Services and arrange to be met at a designated entrance with the wheelchair.
Pacific Centre offers excellent access via private vehicle, taxi, SkyTrain and Canada Line public transit.
